Welcome, March!

Happy March!  I'm SO glad to welcome this month!  If I'm completely honest with you, February didn't go down in the record books as one of my favorite months ever.  March is going to be different and I can feel it!

There are already so many awesome things to look forward to this month.

My sweet husband's birthday! Kevin's birthday is in 12 days and I can't wait to celebrate him {you know I love an excuse to celebrate}!

Happy almost birthday, handsome!
I have two races.  It's been over a month since my last race and I can't wait to race again.  I'm doing a new race for autism awareness next week and then the next week, I'm running in one of my favorite 5K's.

With our sweet boys after one of my favorite races last year.
Spring begins! If you know me, you know I love warm weather / spring / summer.  I can hardly wait for Spring!

Easter is here! Along with March comes Easter and it's a wonderful day of celebrating the great gift of grace and forgiveness our Lord and Savior has given to all of us.

He is not here; He has risen just as He said!
Matthew 28:6

Easter Sunday 2012
I can wear white pants again!  The last great thing on my list of the reasons I love this year's March is that I can wear white pants again!  I can't tell you how much I love to wear white pants / skirts / shorts and lots of sundresses.  My day may have gotten about 100 times better than it already was when I realized that in just four short weeks, I can start wearing all my favorite clothes again!

What are you looking forward to in March?

My Husband's Birthday is in March too. And I am definitely looking forward to some warmer weather. We might have flurries today/tomorrow. Crazy talk here in GA.

That pastel dress looks so lovely on you!

I feel ya on the Spring fashion thing. Even though I live in Arizona and more often than not it's 80 degrees on Christmas, I have a little rule for myself that I won't wear flip flops between October and March. This morning I realized that I can pull out my flip flops and sandals until November, and I am so psyched!

It's the little things, right? ;)
