I've been making these for a while, but for the past week or so, they've been my weekday breakfast. I use a generous amount of spinach (I love spinach), a whole banana, agave nectar and pineapple or orange juice in each smoothie. I also add in whatever other fruit I have on hand. Mango is my favorite! This week, I've been adding in oatmeal which has made a great and filling breakfast.
To say I'm obsessed with this brand is an understatement. These dresses are so easy to wear and you could throw them in the washer and dryer and not ever have to iron them. I think I wear at least one a week.
I love crunchy things and I love feeling like I'm doing something good for my body when I eat certain foods. These Belvita Breakfast Biscuits do the trick. I have mine as a snack in the morning or mid-afternoon and sometimes eat them with yogurt for breakfast.
Ok, we don't watch too much TV, but I'm absolutely loving FWBL. I love Friends and this reminds me of Friends so in turn, I love it.
On the other hand, I watched Southern Charm one night when Kevin was out of town and am hooked. Charleston is one of my favorite places and it's cool to see places I've been and know, but oh my goodness, this show is so fake, but it's so good in a I-can't-stop-watching-you-because-you're-so-bad way. Thankfully, this one smut show (as KT likes to call it) is enjoyed equally by him. After the season finale next week, I'll give you my take on true Southern life!
